Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Demonstrate an advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of the decisions made by firms and other businesses when raising capital, making investments and rewarding their investors and other stakeholders.

Investigate the theoretical concepts of financial logic and modeling of financial decisions and strategies, applying them ethically.
3.
Effectively communicate complex business strategies and results of financial modeling and information, using appropriate technology.
4.
Collaborate effectively to achieve agreed goals.
5.
Articulate limitations of rational finance models and how behavioural or ethical considerations often override narrow financial objectives and feedback from stakeholders.
6.
Analyse the role of corporate governance frameworks and codes in guiding company behaviour and decision-making processes and integrate financial strategy with corporate governance practices.
